“The Tasty Circle” brings passion and experience in the art of pizza making to help anyone start up (or revamp) your pizzeria from scratch.

Our team offers training in:

  • learning how to make a natural and delicious pizza
  • selecting the best ingredients and planning your menu
  • managing all the aspects of the business

Our recipe



We have spent the past 2 years perfecting the craft of preparing pizza starting from the basics: genuine ingredients at highest standard of quality. To make our dough we only use 100% Italian flour GMO-free milled in Italy. We then leave it to rise for 72 hours. Right after leavening has completed, the dough is kneaded through a process which requires expert hands and swift moves. Last step is the cooking in wood-fire oven.


Types of dough






Tradizionale

means traditional, this is our queen of hearts, a dough that guarantees a sure win. It presents a thin and crunchy external layer but retains softness and taste inside. Thanks to the round flavour developed during leavening it’s a perfect match for any kind of beer or wine.

Rustica

holds the intense nutty taste of wheat. It’s a perfect combination with the finest regional ingredients such as Parma ham, porchetta, Italian blue cheese, ‘sopressa’ cured meat. This dough enhances taste and is at the same time light and easy to digest. Combine it with stouts, ales or non-filtered beers to complete a mouth-watering experience.

Kamut

is an oriental grain discovered by Egyptians, also known as Pharaoh grain or Khorasan. It has about 30% more protein than wheat, and more fatty acids which makes the dough the most digestible of all our range. As an added bonus, it has a low content of gluten. Best when combined with delicate toppings and lagers or white beers.

Canapa dough

this dough is made with a part GMO-free hemp seed flour. It’s rich in Omega-6 and Omega-3, hemp proteins and fibre: our best option for the healthiest choice of pizza. Rich and fragrant toppings are its best companions.

Integrale dough

it is prepared with a mix of whole wheat which gives the pizza a fragrant texture, soft on the inside, crisp on the outside. It’s your jolly as it goes well with any kind of beer or wine of your choice.
